* All guitars are on a Pre-order basis, this allows us to keep overheads down, thus we can pass the savings on to you!

* Specifications and appearances of the guitars are subject to change without prior notice, it is up to the manufacturer, not us or our suppliers. We will inform you of any changes as soon as it happens.

* Please contact us via email to confirm your order before payment is made, that way there will be no misunderstandings and there is a record for you and us to refer.

* Guitars on standard order will have a standard shipping time of 8-10 days, 6-8 days on expedited shipping, and 4-6 days on express shipping.

* Please note that delays may occur occasionally due to delivery from the suppliers

Deposit

* 25% deposit is required to confirm the order, however full payment is much appreciated, by us and our suppliers.

* The deposit is refundable or transferable if the stock is not available.

Warranty

* Warranty for all guitars is 1 year on manufacturing and design, however some parts are not covered under warranty, such as strings etc.

* Goods sold are not refundable.

* We reserve the right to change or add rules and regulations without prior notice.

Brands we carry

Here at Legendary Guitars, we carry a range of Crafter and Takamine guitars. We have chosen these two brands as our start off house brands because we have tried them out and they're great, with excellent build quality control and sound. Upon arrival here, we ensure that their playability is top notch too with a full setup and restring, with either Dunlop or Elixir(recommended) Phosphor Bronze .11-.52 or .12-.53 gauge strings depending on the customer's preference. These two brands provide value-for-money guitars with great heritage and future value, ensuring many years of enjoyment.

No where else in Malaysia will you find a more comprehensive guitar-buying experience. With each guitar we sell, I personally do an 8 point check to ensure that what you receive is an instrument I myself would enjoy. Every instrument shipped out is also subject to a full setup and playability test, to ensure that it is ready for the stage as soon as you pull it out of the box.
